Biography
My name is Vinny Parisi, I was born and raised in Tinley Park, Illinois. I played baseball through college at the University of Dubuque, where I graduated with a degree in Health, Wellness, and Exercise Science. Upon graduating, I obtained my certified strength and conditioning specialist certification through the NSCA. With that certification, I was the strength and conditioning coach at the University of Dubuque for 1 year before moving back home to work with the Triple A hockey club, Chicago Fury. I worked with athletes from the ages of 10 all the way to the professional level. I decided to go back to school for physical therapy at Missouri State University where I graduated with my doctorate in Physical Therapy. I continued my education in Austin, Texas, completing an orthopedic residency and became an Orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS).
After working in Kansas City for 4 years, working with high school athletes to professional football players, I moved back to Tinley Park in 2024. My main goal when working with our patients is to empower them to continue moving and improve their function, whether it be to get back into the garden or be able to to play with your grandkids, my job is to show you what you can do, and focus less on what you can’t do. When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy being out on the golf course or exploring new coffee shops in town!
